Position: General Manager
Ref: DPS/111/GM
Reporting to the MD/CEO, you will be responsible for day-to-day management of the company’s operations. Your key responsibility will be to develop and implement appropriate high impact business strategies to achieve agreed market penetration and revenue/profit targets. You will be expected to lead by example in building a disciplined and efficient organization capable of meeting the demand for operational excellence from the company’s discerning clientele.

Requirements:
Degree-qualified in Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline. Possession of an MBA degree will be an added advantage
A minimum of 10 years’ cognate experience in reputable service organizations, including at least three years in an operations or service management role
Commercial acumen with experience in growing service business into profitable venture
Strong leadership ability, good financial/operational understanding, attention to detail, and a personal drive for results
This position is to be filled immediately. The remuneration and benefits available shall be commensurate with the anticipated demands of the roles.
