  1. in my opinion the requirements are too high...a way to weed out many more capable job seekeers. what does o'level results have to do with a working in the real world??? i guess the responce would be...i (the author) doesn meet the requirement and that explains why i put up this write up. well, i didn make a 2:1 in skl and do not have 5 Bs in my O'level etc. but by the grace of God i work in a multi-million DOLLAR industry and God has been very very very good to me financially and in every other area. also my bosses speak highly of me (at least i saw my last six-monthly assesment). To all ye job-seekers, trust GOD as you make applications, and the FAITHFUL ONE will come true for you....just to add, i wasn succesful in the first interview on the job i do now, but i refused to be rejected, and the rest is history.

  2. I perfectly support the last post sent in. What does the certificate have to do in getting a Job. is it the certificate that will do the job or the person. This believe will only make people who don't have such qualifications stated, go and buy certificates so s to get the required. Abi no be NAija we dey? Please think twice. Thank you.

  3. Job placement could attract certificates , but research has shown, people in the middle class of degree perform better on the job than ever. Is this requirement not confirming the believe that "they have candidates" but will roll out ad to fulfill regulators requirement. These might not help.
