The package is specially built to handle student’s accounts. It manages and keeps track of schools fees due, paid and owing by each student by a click of the mouse.
The package provides the user organization a user-friendly and highly flexible environment to create as many categories of school fees types that may be considered necessary from time to time.
It affords the Chief Executive a quick access to customers’ and students’ accounts, bank positions and other financial reports from his own desk.

Book Keeping
- Enables the accounts department to set up a complete set of accounting records on the double entry basis.
- Makes the processing of transactions an easy and exciting affair by means of a set of system-generated vouchers.
- Depreciation of fixed assets has been made easy. All that is required is to click the “depreciation button” and follow the user-friendly instructions.
Student’s Accounts
- The package has a capacity to create individual accounts for each student regardless of population.
- Student accounts details are easy to confirm. For example it is possible to confirm which student has paid library fees, feeding fees, examination fees, etc, and what fraction of these bills are yet to be paid.
- Reports can now be prepared in minutes as compared to the weeks deployed to collate students accounts summaries with all the attendant errors under the manual approach.
- The volume of paper work is reduced as the Chief Executive and other authorized management can access desired reports right from his own desktop once on network.
